Action Guide Pilot

The Action Guide Pilot

A pilot for the Action Guide for Re-Envisioning Your Public Library took place from September through November 2015. Pilot participants chose either a structured 10-week process or one that was self-paced. Through the pilot, participants worked individually, with their staff and in their communities to test the activities in the Action Guide. Through a series of surveys on each section of the Guide, participants evaluated content and provided feedback and suggestions.

The Action Guide for Re-Envisioning Your Public Library incorporates the insights and suggestions of pilot participants.
